Returns Policy
HotelHome has a 30 year reputation as a designer and manufacturer of quality products, both here in Australia and with some specialty mills offshore for certain products. Whilst our sales for these first 30 years were predominantly to the Hotel industry, where we have always enjoyed accolades from all of our clients in Australasia for the high standards and longevity of our products, we do not wish to spoil our reputation now that the company is also offering our high quality product direct to discerning consumers looking for something special and very different.
We will honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and provide our consumer customers at our discretion, with either a refund for the goods purchased or exchange if the product purchased is somehow flawed in manufacturing. We do ask our clients to choose our products carefully, because in some cases products are made to order and as manufacturers, we do not offer a change of mind policy. If there is a manufacturing problem which is not major, we may choose to repair the item within a reasonable time
As with most major brands and retailers, for hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Quilts, Pillows or Mattress/Bed Toppers, unless there is a valid manufacturing claim.
Claims
Any products returned for inspection of an obvious flaw, must be in original condition and should not have been used.
